YOU NEED TO DO THIS DETOX HACK EVERY DAY!

1. Drink water until your pee is straw colored.

2. I don’t know, walk around the house or something. Movement is good for metabolism, which it the process your body uses to break things down, keep what it needs and flush the rest.

3. “The rest” includes things we call toxins, or things that will break down into toxins if they stay inside us.

The truth is, there are no hacks, and the only detox you need to do is to eat and drink well and move your body as well as you can.

Our endocrine system is highly sophisticated and it works with our other systems to do ONE JOB: to balance our body’s chemistry. 

That’s all it does, all day every day. You can imagine a see-saw, because every moment you are alive, things are *happening* in your body to gently upset the balance. No worry, you have so many glands and organs shoving things into and pulling things out of your personal chemistry soup at all times, the see-saw gently teeters to and fro. If it goes too high or too low on one side or the other, it gives you clues in the way of symptoms, and then you can step in and interfere, often with a doctor’s assistance, but more likely with water or nutrition. 

There is only ONE instance where your body is in perfect homeostasis/chemical balance. That is when all your parts stop putting chemicals in or taking chemicals out and All. Action. Ceases. Only then does your body rest in peace.
